Tow Bar Needed

Right i know there ugly but i need my sailing dinghy down here with me and a speedboat, so i need a towbar in the next month or so,
I remeber a post a while back bout it but i cant find it.
Anyone know where i can get a cheap one (i`m a student ) or has anyone got one lying around they dont want????
