hello guys ı replaced my engine timing belt after replacement ı had a vibration problem.when engine reaches 2800 rpm ı feel vibration on engine and if ı go on accelarate vibration and noise getting bad.ı vent a fiat servise they change the belt and rulmans on engine but it still has vibration.hey ı need an advice what should ı do ı love my car.ı dont want to sell it.
 
If the oil pressure is good and the sound only speed dependant I garauntee the balancer belt is not in the correct timing position. This will cause the issue - dont panic the fiat coupe manual states where the balancer shafts should be at top dead centre on number 1. Where are you based.

Belt and or shafts will be wrong. Tell them to get the workshop manual out!
 
ı am from turkey ı tried to change in may garage but ı did not understand the true position of the balance shaft. ı adjust the signs and ı tried again now vibration start from 3500 rpm. ı vent to the service but they said we have to change all belts the price was very high (500 euro) ı need a picture of the balance belt and shaft position does any body have it ? my mail is [email protected] if you have send me okey
 
The delta 16V revision manual, including the balance shaft positioning will be in your mail.
 
ı solved the problem balance shaft was wrong ı chanced the balnce shaft timing now engine is good but ı have a nev problem my rolanti sometimes goes to 2500 rpm and then goes to 900 rpm and ı stop the engine wait 10 seconds then ı start it and it goes to normal position everyday ı comeacross same problem rolanti air valve or thermostat must be out of order valve price is in my country 250 euro how can ı fix the problem without changing the valve

i'm guessing rolanti means idle, in which case first thing to do would be to take out the idle valve and spray it with Carburetor cleaner. it's quite common

if cleaning it doesn't improve things, it's possible to disconnect it, but the first minute of starting will require your foot gently on the accelerator to stop it stalling.

managed to get a new replacement one on ebay for £70, not a genuine one, but it works, you just have to keep an eye out.
