WELL TOOK THE RED TIPO FOR M.O.T TODAY AND ONLY FAILED ON EMMISIONS BEING EXCESSIVE ASWELL AS HYDROCARBONS/CO CONTENT AND COULD'T GET A LAMBADA READING AS THE ENGINE IS TOO ERRATIC WHEN HELD AT A CONSTANT LEVEL......
SO MY QUESTION IS.... WHAT IS IT THAT IS MAKING THE REVS GO UP AND DOWN, IT STARTS OK IN THE MORNINGS DRIVES OK AND STARTS FINE WHEN HOT, IM STUMPED!!
PREFER THE SIMPLE (like me) MK 1, NO STUPID ELECTRICAL THINGS....
AND TO BE HONEST I WAS TRAINED IN THE DAYS OF POINTS AND CONDENSERS... NO I AINT 90 EITHER..
