Technical Tipo electrics

Do any of you guys know where the electronic earth is on my 1.4 dgt tipo. This may be the cause of my relays buzzing and electrics failing? Help please.[?]

there is a major earth strap visible on the top side of the engine-Have you considered the possibility of water ingress from the windscreen onto the fuse-box/relay unit underneath and to the right of the steering wheel.Electrical problems are part and parcel of owning a tipo!
