Technical Tipo electrical problem

I have the following problem since yesterday... the moment I turn the ignition key to make a battery contact, the windscreen wipers start to work without control... and when i try to turn on the left/right direction indicators, or the hazard warning lights... the horn starts to honk... If anybody knows what could be the problem, I would appreciate it very much.

Mate I'd head straight to the Fuse box. Only ever time my Tipo behaved like that is when a Windscreen fitter did not fit the Windscreen properly and water leaked into the car abd behind the dashboard.

Check the foot wells for signs of water and damp.

Disconnect the battery and Open/Lower the fuse box and blow dry it with a hair dryer. Then allow it to drip dry for 24 hours.

If this doesn't fix it then I'd change the relays.

Thanks for the advise very much mate... yes, I think you're right... I must say I left out to mention one important detail about the whole thing... the thing is... I had a small water leaking problem with the heater matrix, which is situated above the drivers legs... I bought the damn thing last week, but I didn't replaced it right away... so, a few day ago... my brother took the car on a ride, without knowing that... and when he came back... there was a lot water in the foot aria, on the drivers side... my brother dried up the water, and cleaned the whole thing... and when I wanted to drive the car into the garage, I faced this problem... so, I mean, this must be the cause... the water somehow leaked on the fuse box... Ok... so... I will follow your instructions, and see if I could solve the problem... I hope I will... I'll let you know about the situation... cheers !

I just wanna say that I solved the problem, doing exactly what you said. Thanx again, Trancendental, it seems the water leaked into the fuse box, resulting the electronic go mad... Everything looks fine now.
