Technical tipo bumper support

took my sons front bumper off today and found that the two supports that hold the bottem of the bumper on by the wheel arch ,this support allso fastends the bottem of wheelarch liner on has rotted out at the bottem on one side and is just as bad on the other side .:bang: now they look like bravo,brava,marea supports does any one know for sure that they are the same as i can get a couple from scrap yard if they are ,save me making some new ones out of steel any help will be great

both of the tipos i've had have had the same problem, anyway dont know if the ones off any other fiat will fit but if they do let me know

I bought the sections new from fiat and had them welded on.

New ones would probably be better. Sheet of thin steel, bent at 2 inch into an open ended box, bend the end over to make somewhere for the underside bumper to bolt through.

Whichever route you go, be sure to thoroughly paint and underseal it.

thanks guys ,will let you know what we did as soon as the weather gets a bit better will compare them to other fiats
