Tipo 16v x lancia delta pistons !!!!

Hi all , i´m looking to fit a turbo at my Tipo 2.0 16v , i´m thinking to use the tempra turbo pistons and rods ( 2.0 8v , same engine than lancia delta 8v turbo)....why use this? its symple , they are stronger and harder than original of sedici ....why use the 8v ? just because here in brazil we dont have any fiat ( or lancia) 2.0 16v turbo engine...

the question is : can i use ? they will fit perfetly ?

Yes, but you will most probably have a different compression ratio with a 16V head.

If you can buy 8V pistons you should be able to buy 16V pistons too. The agents could just order them in for you?
