General tipo 1.6 ie

I´ve got a question for all you tipo lovers and do-it-yourself mechanics; I´ve got a tipo 1.6 ie 57kw, I use it as my second car so I drive it more or less through the city. I was very surprised when I found out that it burns over 11 litres per 100 km. is that normal?
and another thing, if someone could tell me how many bhp can I squize out of my tipo?

Hi!

11.l per 100km isn`t too much if you like sport driving.Here in Belgrade if you have normal driving this car disburse 9-9.5 l.Most problems on this car is ignition system(cap,hand,wire and spark plugs).Chek this system.

but predrag is right , they are very sensitive with ignition and injection, maybe you should check them !

P.S ex zemljak rjesavaj se toga, nema kruha ni od Fiatovih konja a potrosnja do bola, evo procitaj moje stanje a sve zivo sam napravio (studiram strojarstvo, motore i vozila i imam svu mogucu literaturu i sortware i sve znam ali ne ide ! )
