Punto (Mk2/2b) Tiny circles on windshield?

Nothing special,just curious though that there's two small circles at the bottom of my windshield anyone know why? Also there's one on the rear windshield.

Sensors maybe? Or just there?

It's a punto dynamic 1.2 2004 8v
