Technical Timing belt replacement?

Can anyone who has done one, tell me if they are a mamouth job to change the cam belt kit? Also, is the following ebay link a good price?

Hi Dobby

I left mine in to an independant garage and he only charged me €233 including VAT here in Wicklow.

I have never done a belt and have no idea how its done maybe I'll learn some day...

At £233 it sounds like the engine stays in the rig, I did it twice on the Citroen its tedius but not difficult if you are handy with spanners,
get a Haynes or similiar, and get down and dirty!!
