What are the 3 bongs that occasionally sound when driving
I don't have the speed limiter or cruise control on.
Driving at approx 30mph urban road at the time

It may have been set to remind you of the 30 mph limit your handbook should mention it and how to disable it.
I know on my older Fiat Doblos they have that option.

It's not a limiter I mean , just a warning that you page through the on screen display to find.
You can usually set them for town at 30mph or higher like 65 or 70 mph for cruising on most vehicles.
They are annoying so I usually turn them off
