i got a grande punto - ive connected my phone to the head unit but now im confused how to upload the contacts to the head unit - im using a nokia n900 and everythink seems to work well but please could someone explain how to upload the contacts

Press the phone button on your steering wheel and scroll through to phonebook,then "add contacts",on your phone go to "contacts" and "select all" then "send as buisness card",when they have sent (you will heara click for each contact sent) press the phone button on your steering wheel and all your contacts should be there.
