I have just purchased a 2015 punto easy + with the 68R TomTom Sat Nav port and the "Blue and Me TomTom LIVE 2" unit.
I am extremely disappointed to learn from my dealer that Fiat changed the Blue and Me software in 2014 so that it was no longer based on Microsoft Auto and as such, none of the Blue and Me Features of the TomTom will work.
No car information, calling, Eco Drive, steering wheel controls - it won't even pair with the car
All of these features are advertised on the box I was given and yet I am being told that they cannot be made to work. In essence, I just have an £80 TomTom with a dash dock.
Can anyone confirm what is going on here and what I should do about it?
Surely this cannot be right?
