Hi All,

Car Fiat Doblo 2005 Diesel MPV1.9 JTD FWD -- 119_,223_1910cc 77KW 105HP 223 A7.000;223 B1.000

I would like to change the Belt Tensioner when I replace Serpentine Belt.

One edge of there Body of the Tensioner (not Tensioner Roller) sits behind the Crankshaft Pulley by about a centimeter.

The Tensioner Body is bolted to engine casing by a Central Bolt fixing that is accessible (not behind the Crankshaft Pulley).

Looks like there is 'wiggle' room for removal of Tensioner Body from behind Crankshaft Pulley.

Does anybody have information on this - saving removal Crankshaft Pulley.

Grateful & Best Rgds.

Just remove the 4 small bolts retaining the pulley

Thnxs for reply. You are referring to removing the Crank Pulley - with the Small Hex Bolts? Only thing I see with 4 Bolts?
Best Rgds
Yes 4 small bolts retain crank pulley..... sorry if I have missed what you were asking?

Crank pulley 4 smaller bolts torque to 30nm

Crank pulley has a small hole that goes over a pip on the crank sprocket
