just a simple question..

i recently bought a 1.6 tempra petrol.. (its a 1992 tempra)

is it unleaded or LRP ??

What does LRP mean?

On our 1.6 Tempra (no cat) we used leaded petrol until it has been banned, but unleaded petrol is fine too.

LRP = Lead Replacement Petrol.

It was sold in the UK for a while after leaded petrol was banned.

I think all the Fiat twin cam engines were made for unleaded from about 1987/88. My 1987 Croma Turbo was supposed to have leaded, but I used unleaded when leaded was banned. Didn't cause any problems.

They still sell LRP here, I sometimes use it in my older cars.

I should have said, all UK, & I`d imgine euro spec Tempra`s, run on unleaded, I`m not sure of the situation with Brazilian etc spec ones.

Trouble is your flag isnt working for me Andreadamato!
