Hi all
my 2004 2.2 jtd ulysses keeps telling me 'STOP engine overheating' even tho i've only just turned the engine on and it's -1 outside! then it'll go off and then come back on a bit later in the day. (intermittantly) But now it has cut the engine twice a couple of times, even though the engine could not possibly be over temperature. i suspect a faulty sensor but dont know where it is located. Any ideas anyone please? cant face a huge bill to an autoelectrician whilst he spends all day trying to locate a fault that wont show itself !! but the mot is due and dont want it throwing a wobbly when it goes in!! thanks for any suggestions.
