I posted a few years back when I had a 1.2 Y-Reg Mk2 Punto, but didn't become overly active in the forums, so figured since I'm looking around here and taking more notes, I should re-introduce myself
Anyway, got my Stilo just over 2 years ago after the head gasket on the 8v Punto decided to go pop on the motorway, basically destroying the engine. Cannily, the finance had gotten to the point where I could "upgrade" my car and had the option of the smaller Clio, bigger, but dubiously styled Megane or the Stilo I've got now, so went with the latter.
Have had the usual problems, including the collapsing spring syndrome, which gave me an idea of what it may look like when lowered. Well, on one side anyway Plus, the usual electrical gremlins...airbag warning light, which is now fixed and an intermittent engine fault caused by loose wiring, which I'll need to sort as Fiat Arnold Clark are useless.
Just started the mod process with some little things listed in my sig and there shall be more to come soon, money permitting of course (suspension, exhaust, induction, detailing, etc). Not sure if I'll stick with the Stilo after my finance finishes in 2-3 years, but may as well have fun with it while I've got it.
Anyway, shall hopefully contribute to the forums and gain some valuable advice along the way
