_How do I remove it?_

Need a respray, someone hit it at a carparking, nope, they didn't leave a note %$@$^@#$@#

Insurance is not paying, so I get the work (removal & refitting) done myself and get a cheap respray.

I just removed 3 bolts at the top end of the bumper, also at the edges (near the wheels) I removed 3 screws at each side and I removed 4 bolts at the bottom of the bumper....

I still can't take it off the car! So I missed some bolts, but WHERE are they??

Anyone got a scan from the Haynes manual? Or can someone tell me which bolts I missed and where they are???? And how many there are in total...

THANKS in advance,

Peter

not sure about the bravo,
but on my punto there are two more bolts on the inside of the bumper going up into the rear side panels. take the arch liner out, and look up inside. you might have to take the wheel off to see.

like i said, this is how they are fitted on a punto. maybe the bravo is the same?

Yeah I did this once before on my old Punto, but I don't remember it that good...

Don't know if it's the same on the Bravo though..????

Anyone???

I think I have to jack it up and take the wheels of, 'll try that tomorrow morning (realy early) cos i've got to deliver the bumper at 08:00 to get it resprayed.

Thanks,
Peter

This forum and the Bravo-guide are GREAT!!!!

Thanks a LOT!!

Again this forum (and the Bravo guide) saved me lots of money this weekend!!!!!!

Besides my bumper that some ^%*&^%-er hit and costs me a respray... I also had to replace the locks on the doors and the trunk:

The sparekey to my Bravo was stolen from my parents house (plus the key to my house with a label attached to it..) with a burglary during our holiday in october.

Luckily the car was in a locked garage they couldn't know of!

New set of locks: independant FIAT specialist 200 euros (including fitting), used set from the scrapyard: 60 euros (fitting for free, using the Bravo-guide.. the part on changing your doorhandles).

These shitty things cost a lot of money, but you people have saved me a huge amount (again).

BRAVO!!!!

Peter
