No-one will be able to help because we've never seen such an Uno.
Is it badged as a 70SX, or something else (75?)
Single or multipoint injection (one injector or four?)
Haynes definitely don't mention such an engine but obviously the rest of the Uno (if made after 1989) will be very similar to the 70SX (1372cc).
What information are you actually looking for? Technical documentation could be anything?
Not so a long ago I am find this instruction in Polish language (for some reason it is present there) if anybody needs - will sending
It is actual UNO 75 I.e.
I happen to have some technical data for the fiat uno 1500 spi ("USA '83 standards") It is in English. I also have some additional info on it, written in italian. If you like, I can photocopy and send in the post to you. Regards, Chris (UK)

Well that sounds very interesting doesn't it... "USA '83 standards" - sounds as though they were preparing the Uno to be released in the US market with fuel injection/catalyst etc. and 1500 engine to keep the performance acceptable. FIAT pulled out of the US in 1982 (if I remember rightly) and so it's conceivable that a US-Uno was planned but never made. This is only guesswork as I've never heard of this possibility before, but given that they had the Strada (Ritmo) model in the US, I guess that it's possible.
Ironically the Uno was first shown (to the world) at Cape Canaveral...
