i keep getting a vibrating/rattling sound when i accelerate. someone said to me that it is the tappets and the enigine needs timing. is this true????any other ideas and how much is it going to cost me???
I had tappets done a few years back at a Fiat dealer, £75 to have them re-shimmed, although I probably paid WAY over the odds with it being a dealer. Only use the dealer if it's still under warranty.
