I have a 1.2 dr active and the exhaust is well crap, i cant afford a sports exhaust, plus for some reason i wouldnt get insured at all with one for another two years. (the reason i had to have the alloys removed)

does anyone know if anyone makes a tailpipe finisher for this system, i know its an awkard shap system.

You've nae chance, i did exhaustive (get it) searching on the internet a few months back for a decent pipe embilisher, i found one, but at £40 it didn't seem worth it.

However if you want to sell your alloys cheap and they are a style i like i might be persuaded to look for a pipe extension for you some more! :I

53 plate, Stilo 3-door, Sassy grey, Alloys to follow, 1.2 Active, 5-Disc CD-Changer -- 45mpg!

Yep, there was an extensive thread a while back, the conclusion reached was that anything available was either
1. Too expensive.
2. Far too crap to contemplate.

Personally I am biding my time til I can get a sports exhaust. You're not insured with Direct Line are you by any chance?

Stilo TURBO!!!!(diesel)

the rear silencer is adjustable,it can move down 3-4 cm.

cut the tail pipe from the beginning of the curve, and weld the new.
I did

I'll post the pics at the weekend

Erm.... I am insured with Direct Line, but its because I work within RBS so i get it cheaper than anywhere else- just cant have alloys on it, which is a shame as i have a metallic black stilo Active 1.2, with darkened windows(- the where legal at the time the dealer did them but understand they are not now but the law hasnt bothered me yet) and s**tty steel wheels with plastic trims.

I am glad i didnt leave the alloys on coz i had an incident about two months ago which damaged the passenger front, it was either that or knock down a kid.... dont worry i shouted at him for it as well

I am with Directline too, they won't let me mod my car because I'm under 25[xx(] Fortunately I have alloys as standard, but I really wanted a set of sideskirts, it would be just my luck too to get found out:(

Hey James, mines booked in to FIATs on the 22nd for Abarth skirt fitting.
I am starting from scratch with this as the last attempt was a complete balls up! I'll let you know what happens! :D

Has anyone seen a decently priced back box or tailpipe for the Stilo, something good looking but that I don't need a mortgage for?
