ive got a 155 hgt and was speaking to a guy who had a hgt with a superchip, he said it made a noticeable difference in bhp. does anyone know if he's talking ********? would it give mine better performance with my k&n induction kit?

Not with a HGT155 he hasn't.

They do even out the dips in the power a bit but they are darn expensive for what they are.

Superchips are basically created to be 'generic' for a particular engine type so won't fully optimise your specific engine and the mods you have done. It would be impossible for them to cater for every possible age/condition/mod state engine.

They are out there Nige, but too expensive for me, especially as they can't guarantee (or even give a good estimate on what you can expect)...
