Its a gimick for ricers really. without proper rolling road testing its next to useless and it cannot control the ignition making it pointless.

For the cost of that and a setup session on the rollers you could have a piggyback fitted and tuned correctly.

"to increase/decrease fuel in a range of +50% to –50%."

That sort of change would SERIOUSLY damage the engine. Run it lean and you will burn plugs or worse hole a piston.
