Sunroof Rattles

I drove over a pot hole and since my sunroof has been rattling on the passenger side.

I have located the fault to be the thin metal stip at the back of the sunroof on hinges - the right hand side is stable while the passanger side wobbles about cauzing the rattle.

Any way to fix this ?

I've just spent the last 3 hours taking the roof interior of my HGT out to fix something the dealer screwed up, but i had the same problem and investigated it to find that the rattle is due to a rubber end cap that has come off. These caps also stops the blind from going all the way back into the roof. If you have just lost the one you should be able to stop the rattle with a rubber O-ring which will slip over the end, without taking the roof off (depending on how big your hands are). Hope this helps.

The black bar on my Brava sunroof rattles as well, plus the blind has slid all the way into the roof lining. Does anyone know if these rubber clips are available? It's bloody annoying! Thanks.

i used to put a tiny piece of stick in to stop it rattling! yes that is the extent of my bravo fixing powers! when it went to the bodyshop to get sprayed they took it out to spray it and when i got it back it didnt rattle, so im of no help to ya!
