Styling Stripes

Hi Everyone, i think i have mentioned before that i was looking at gettin some stripes fitted to my orange GPS but iweren't sure on black or white. Well i was just browsing a local tinting companys website and found a picture of an orange GP with a white eight ball stripe decal. Mine will look the same but with M-Jet wheels.

What you think?

I think the black would stand out better on the orange. Also black goes well with your wing mirror. (Black n orange colour theme...:idea

It depends if you plan on doing any other mods, if you wana take it further with the car then think about what you might want. I really wanted black wheels so i knew that anything i thought about doing would have to be black also. If i had an orange GP i would go anthracite all the way, that colour is screaming out for the linea kit in grey, would look .

Has to be white mate, eightballdecals kit is pretty good, very easy to fit, did mine in about 15 mins. I left the front bumper parts though, didnt like them and need to make sure each side is identical as you can see both when looking at car head on. I have the black stripes on Chem Grey. Pics are on the forum.

Just my 2 cents, but i would say that any yellow, white, or orange car should have black details, it just looks right.

yes i think that they are nice but i would go black or even the punto side stripes in anthracite! but in the kit you have specified i wouldn't go put the front bumper stripes on.

thanks everyone, i think i'm goin to go for the white, just got to wait till pay day, i don't like the punto stripes as they are associated with the 'stripes' limited edition and its not, its a sporting. I like the bumper decals think they finish it off nicely.

I did till i saw them. They will be a right pain to fit, got to get them perfect or they wont look right. The side stripes are really easy to fit. Theres a 'crease' in the door that you need to follow, i did and the positioning looks spot on. Feel free to ask any questions on fitting.

Have to say, im not a fan of those, half on the bumper stripes, someone else on here has got some on a blue gp and it just doesnt look right. Looks like they have been misplaced there.

Is this the one your on about. The bumper stripes look alot longer than the ones in the picture i posted. the stripes on the blue GP go all the way up to the fog light where as the ones on the orange GP don't go as far.

You don't need to mate, its very very easy! You get a fitting tool thing with them and you need water/washing up liquid mix and a hairdryer.

The front stripes are much longer than in that photo, about twice the size. As soon as I got mine I knew they werent going on!!
