Stoopid frontpipe gone again!

As the title says, my exhaust frontpipe has cracked again just six months after I had a new one fitted. This time it appears to be cracked up by the manifold joint and is sounding like a tractor and has next to now power at all Don't know what's caused it but I was doing a fair bit of bumping about on rough ground at Donny. So I'm off to get it booked in to have it re-fitted.....again.

my downpipe takes a battering on bumpy ground - i guess it'll be similar on any car, seems to stick down a bit.

see if they can custom bend it, so its out the way a bit more

Yes I still have the receipt for it downstairs, will get in touch with them and see what they say. Cheers

ETA: have phoned them up and they are going to sort out how we will go about a replacement, in the meantime the car's going in to get a bit of treatment tomorrow so it doesn't fall to bits.

Helz, have the engine mounts checked. If it's rockin' and rollin' around, it'll wreck the exhaust quite quickly. Also see if there's supposed to be a bracket on the exhaust somewhere that's come loose.

Nice mechanic man has welded it up for me, just about managed to make it to work, it had pretty much dropped off by the time I got there . And I have discovered that I'm now in the priveleged group of customers who gets stuff done under the table, lucky me

I errrr think I errrr clonked it on some rough ground at Donny (I was not alone, more than one person ripped their whole bumper off!)
