help after changing battery car will start and cutting out and will not restart

Errrr you mean the engine starts but keeps stalling? I had a problem on the wifes Stilo when the battery expired - was the original and 5 years old so needed changing? Problem was I had not used the car for a few days until I found the battery had died? As it had been sat for so long after I bought a new one the car started but would not respond to throttle input? In the end I needed to get the ECU reconfigured and then cleaned out the Idle Control Valve and its was better than before - worth a try...
