I am a long time fiat owner, first time poster.
I have got a little issue with my Stilo 1.4 04 plate, The engine managment light has come on saying "engine failure, Coolant Temp,Sensor Failure", now i must admit i do have a small leak on my radiator and had to keep topping the water up every other day, but when the light came on i was out on the road and i didn't check the water level before setting off and it turned out the radiator was completly bone dry.
I pulled over and topped up the water and coolant, but the light is still on and it sounds like my radiator is on even when the vehicle hasn't moved for days, i am worried about driving the car anywhere just incase as breaking down.
Does anyone have any idea's what to do or if this is either a major repair or something i could do myself, (please note i am no mechanic and garage jargon goes right over my head).
