stilo late turbo

hi all, new today. just wondering if someone can help, 06 stilo diesel, if on take up of drive i go relatively quick through gear changes with rpm above 2500rpm fine. if i keep rpm down i seem to get nil turbo also car powerless, on pressing clutch to increase rpm slightly power comes back ? anyone there can help please???
