General stereo+blue n me

hi couple of queries
1,when switchn from radio/media/cd I seem to lose sound to cd player but media and radio sound is ok ??
2,on purchasing car I received no manual for blue and me so unsure how to get best out of it is there a download on here or anyone got a copy I could buy ??
