General Spare wheel

Hi all
Can anyone tell me what would the original spare wheel have been on a 1991 mk2 Turbo?
If someone has photos that would really help

The spare wheel was a metal, not alloy, wheel. Part No:7552006.. Size 13 inch 5.5J.
