Well,
for the sebring €290,-
for clearing the middle box €0,-
for the cat replacer €155,-
so a total of €445,-
And there's a induction kit (Pipercross) on it's way, but that's already taking a long time now.

Eric, good job, but 155 Euros for the Cat replacment sounds like way too much. A normal steel connection pipe would have cost you much less than that.

The car sounds very nice, but will it not kick out the same kind of emissions as a power station now its got no cat. What happens when you take it for its MOT?

James, Erics car will instanly fail at the MOT. If so, then:
1. Refit the cat for a couple of days. (simple job of cutting and rewelding).
2. There is something that the Germans like to call 'a gratitude tip'. Use it.

Thanks for the replies! Yes my car will certainly fail the APK (MOT in NL), but if you buy all the stuff at one dealer that also does your MOT, they won't mind to look the other way once in a while.
Besides, all their mechanics have cat replacer's too. And if it's really nessesary I still have my old cat which I can put back under the car in 1 hour. (3 bolts, and a "pipe sqeezer")
