and theres nothing i can, do except replace it at my own cost and im gettin worried what there going to do next,
list of things that they have done:
keep putting tyres down- get on my nerves
dented it a fair bit with footballs
rear wiper gone
attempted theft of my cd player, they didnt get it
and the passenger wing mirror is now hanging on by the rubber
whats next?

my cars not alarmed, not much point the alarm would be worth more than the car
Little gits. car crime really does my head in. there is not much you can do unless you move area. I bet the police aint interested either.
I know it is the last thing you want to hear but the only recommendation is not to draw as much attention to the motor.....or if you are minted, get an alarm which gives you an earful if you walk near it.

im very close to taking my stereo out, iv got a nice shiney pair of sony 6x9's in rear shelf and am getting scared window is going to get smashed and my stereo gone
can you cover them up with cloth? Shiney things attract little chavvy thieves, regardless of value
I try and keep it toned down.

I got a long doormat from “What everyone wants” for about £3 - £5, and cut it down so It tucks under and sits tight.
LOL they are JPW Mini-monitors mounted to the shelf. Their only about £10 on e-bay and sound mint.

wolfrace punto - poss intended offensive weapon, you don't need it, trust me already had to send one to court for a similair idea he had, and as i'm sure you are aware from recent reports re burglars etc in your home and use of force, setting a trap, having a "weapon" waiting for them is viewed very diffrently to reacting when confronted and doing so out of genuine fear for personal safety
smurfhead - public needs to make its mind up, burglars/rapists/drunks/etc or car crime, when we deal with one we get moaned at for not doing the other, and vice verse, and no one wants to pony up the extra tax for enough officers to do both, no win for all concerned. but lets take this one as the attending officer...time? date? witnesses? cctv? forensics? for this one event probably not enough for even sherlock holmes to get stuck into..
however uno94 if you feel you are the victim of a sustained series of offences against you or your car, then you need to report them all, there should be a ward unit covering your area, a PBO at your local station and perhaps a neighbourhood watch liason there too

Thats really siht mate, had my whole stereo stolen from my uno, unfortunately not the most secure of cars, but I put a better one back in, but just take ou tht efacia and the parcel shelf when its gonna be left anywhere. Bit of an effort at times and forward thinking required etc, but for those motorway journeys and for crusing, Id be lost without it!
