Technical Smart fueling advice

Hi i went to fill up today and the smart fuel flap wouldnt open with the fuel nosel pressed against it. Any advice or is it a problem. On the panda.

Not had a problem myself 2014 panda 15000 miles fill up weekly no issues as yet soory cant help

Obvious emergency option is a fuel can to tide you over and book the car in to be looked at.

Ok thanks for response.To be honest i think it was my angle of attack with the fuel nozzle.When i got home i tried with the plastic adaptor and i can get that to work easy.I have had the panda since oct 16 DOH...
