Technical smart alternator introduction

would anybody know when the Ducato changed over to a smart alternator please. mines a 66plate 130 Muiltijet . Thanks in advance

I believe it was only available on the 150bhp ecojet Euro6b model. It was then introduced generally on the Euro6d model.
Your 130bhp 2016 model would not be a smart alternator.
