I have searched hi & lo and only found info on the Stilo roof. Today was a warm day so I opened the skyroof on my car, it was painfully slow. Last summer it was fine. So i am guessing it needs some TLC. A few squirts of WD40 helped speed things up, so now I would like to know a few things. How can I clean the runners successfully ? Is there a proper way to do this, and if so what grease should I use?

thank you Tad, I read the whole lot and have cleaned and greased the runners. Lots better, probably better than it's ever been in my ownership. Now all I have to do is locate the drainage hole. I am assuming they are eitherside at the front and drain into the scuttle as do most cars. I had a friend who's car had become a pond as a result of block drainage holes. It slooshed around and came into the car via the fan system and ruined it. (147 Alfa)
