Well, to see what it looks like, turn the wipers on, switch the key on, then turn the key off at the instant with the wiper in the middle of the screen.

If you want to actually try driving like this, pull the fuse with the wiper-washer symbol above it in the fusebox.

I wouldn't really think it's worth the trouble, but if you do, then you could remove the wiper motor, take the cover off, and modify the parking mechanism of the motor so that the 'gap' in the brass strip on the large gear is actually in the middle of the sweep.

The best thing about unos is that the single wiper self parks at the cowl instead of in the middle of the screen like all the chav single wiper conversions.

someone has modified my single wiper as basically it doesnt return when you turn it off, it just stops so you can stop it where ever you want, but having it stop in the middle looks a bit silly IMO.

on the mk1 it stops in on the drivers side which i've always hated so i always stop it on the passenger side now.

Im currently running a mk1 wiper motor that sits on the drivers side, doesnt bother me i cant see it driving, these motors are like hens teeth! the first part to go in the scrappy, Ant!
