Just arrived home from this, had a very enjoyable day. Lots to see and do as I haven't been to Beaulieu since I was a kid.
There was a good turnout of about 200 cars, some of which I hadn't seen at any of the AutoItalia events.
I took along my Blue Panda clx and white 4x4. As a bonus, the clx was chosen to be one of ten vehicles to be showcased in a mid afternoon cavalcade where we did a couple of laps of the showground after being interviewed by the compare about each of our cars. The Beaulieu judges then chose one from the ten to be the car they would most like to take home, the owner of this car winning £100 cash and a trophy. Sadly I did not win, being pipped by a 1947 Ferrari that was thought to be the oldest in the country. Don't know what they were thinking of
.
Still, it was nice that a classic Panda got some recognition.
Pebble beach here we come
