Technical Silentblocks

Guys servicing my Idea told me it's impossible to get new silentblocks for my car. They say Fiat doesn't sell single silentblocks for Idea. Is it true? What can I do about it?

Looks like they are anti-roll bar bushes. you should be able to buy these, although they are not a service item they are a wearing item.
