Just a quick question...

how easy / difficult is it to fit new side repeaters?

I take it you can just 'pop' the old ones out of their hole, disconnect/reconnect wires and pop the new ones in???

Simple, but unless you've got iron fingernails then you'll probably need a feeler guage or something thin like that. Wrap it in a piece of cotton or something though so you dont scratch the paint.

all you need to do is poke the feeler guage under the repeater at the front, push it back and pop it out. Twist out the connector, change the bulb, plug it into the new repeater and replace.

Thanx

Cheers Chris.

Sounds easy enough. As soon as this months credit card bill is paid, I'll invest in a couple.

easy

I'll second that. Its very easy. Just slide something thin under the front (taking care not to scratch the paint) and push towards the back of the car and they lever out. The cable then just pulls out of the old lenses and plugs straight into the new set which then pop into place.
I've got clear ones on my ink black HGT and they look very smart.

I've got smoked/dark on my ink-black Brava HSX :)
It took me less that 1 minute to fit both :)

mine

I have dusted over mine with paint, to match my car, then just polished them loads with paint renovator , t cut etc to take off as much paint as possible. looks wicked and light still comes through em!
