Styling side repeaters
to release the light you need to pull it off from the front side of the light, by front i mean the side facing the front of the car (the pointy side of the light). unless you have wafer thin fingers you wont be able to get behind the light to pull it, so get a piece of nylon line (or fine string) and use that to slip behind the front of the light and then pull hard. wear gloves or wrap the line in a cloth because its easy to cut your skin doing this.
And if its an HGT (which yours isnt just for others reference) its at the rear side of the lights. I used a very thin piece of packaging plastic.

it pushes on easily enough, but make sure you put the back side in place first (on non-HGT models
)I just replaced my side repeaters with smoked ones and i had to remove them from the rear of the light, not the front and i drive a 1998 1.6sx 16v
I inserted one of those ice scrapers from Wilko's that look like a credit card into the rear of the light and it popped out like a good un.
Also de-badged the beast, boiling water and a plastic fish slice did the job, then plenty elbow grease with some t-cut to shift the remaining glue and finished off with Autoglym Super resin polish, looks the dogs nads noo man!!

Thats strange there not the same side as the 1.2 etc as they all have the same wing.
