B&M make them, i found them very cheap in the states for the punto. Around £60 but the delivery is about $70.l

As long as you don't have lift up reverse (like I do )...

you can DIY short shift, just remove the knob and hacksaw the stick to the desired length and refit a new knob.

cover the underneath of where your cutting, you dont want metal filing falling in there
