Introduction

This is how I found him, couldn't see the 4x4 badge at the start.
Luckily the guy was a yachtsman and had a massive rope and a couple of pulleys. Handy as the Nissen hut was about 50 yards from any hardstanding across a boggy bit of grass.
We pulled it out with my dads Maverick, me directing the operation and the guy who owned it steering the Panda. Luckily, the tyres kept their air and the brakes freed up with a few hefty blows from a lump hammer.
All I could get was a 3 tonne plant trailer. Pulled it on with a chain hoist, nearly pulling the boot floor out in the process!
Put the pole on to maneuver it about, brakes still binding a bit.
Finally in position. The steps were a bit of a hindrance!
