If you have a dremel use a 1mm bit as a pilot hole

if you have a dremmel put a little slot in the top with a cutting disk and use a screw driver

Yea have managed to get it done thanks... managed to make a small hole using a drill and stuck a screw starter (small poined like screw driver) into it and tapped it with a small hammer it got it started and took a while with a lot of paitence but got there in the end
