Technical Shaking and Stalling 1.3 MJ Dualogic

Hello everyone. I’m Berkcan from Türkiye and this is my new 500L. ‘ve buy it this week. The car is shaking sometimes while first acceleration and especially when the steering wheel is turned. The other and the major problem sometimes car stalling when I slow down almost to a stop and want to move again, or in similar situations. It happened 2 or 3 times. I tried the disable startnstop and car does not work, I had to turn the car off and start it again.
The car on 49.500 KM odo. Just i know the robot changed by Fiat offically service near 3 months ago. It still has mechanic warranty about 1.5 year But I wonder what causes the problem and I don't trust the services very much.

Buy yourself MultiEcuScan and a decent interface. So you could make the servicing of the Dualogic on your own.

It requires precise and regular service, it has an order that has to be respected.

There are numerous threads about the Dualogic / Selespeed / Comfortmatic / F1 gearbox issues. Check especially the ones that include 'the one and only' clause.

If it has not been done by the workshop while replacing the robot, replace the DOT4 fluid, it's highly hygroscopic, which makes it loose its properties. As far as I remember, there are 3 fluids in total related to the clutch/robot/gearbox.

There is a link to FIAT's eLearn doc on Selespeed servicing somewhere on the forum - it will be very helpful to understand the system and should allow you to service it on your own.
