Technical Set timing

can anyone tell me how do i set the timing on my fiat palio 1.2 8v 2000 model?
please explain in detail because this will be the first time i am doing this,

Forget it.
If you haven't done this before, you will most likely destroy your engine.
Have someone with good knowledge do it for you, and watch closely, over and over again, and maybe in the future, you'll be able to do it yourself....
