Technical Seicento

Hi just brought a seicento sporting and seem to have afew issues
Should the rev counter light up ?
Weird one the wash wipe stalk seems to work backwards if you push forward the front washers work if you pull towards nothing happens ?
Air controls only seems to blow on the windscreen even if you move dial to any other settings.
Rear wash doesnt work have changed motor to get wiper to work.

Rev counter should be illuminated when lights are on.
Which model sporting is it? I think there are differences in the washer motor set up. First thought would be a washer motor wired up incorrectly, maybe the front wasn't working so they swapped something round?

I have swapped the washer pumps round temporarily when the front washer didn't work. I had to use the rear washer button to squirt the fronts until the new pump came.
Someone probably bodged it up and never got round to fixing it.

Hi 2001 sporting quite a bit wrong with it but this is pain
