General Seicento tail lights

Hiya,
I've got a 1.1 Seicento S, 2001, in black.
I'm looking for a set of smoked lexus lights for my car to blacken out the back, but all I can find is -99 sets. Would these be okay to fit? Are any of the fittings different.
