Seicento Metal Squeek

Hello,

I have a 99 Seicento. Its only done 58k but when driving there is like a metallic squeek from the front drivers side wheel. When turned this stops but when driving straight there is a high pitch metallic rubbing noise. It seems to be worse on the flatter untarmacced roads. Any ideas?

the noise might be from the metal shields that are at the rear of the discs
try bending them away as they can rub
