Hi

I have a seicento 1108 mpi whats the best inlet manifold and tb setup for this engine is it the punto 75 inlet and tb if so is it a direct fit

cheers rich

stock inlet, and 1242 16v mk1 punto sporting TB.

P75 manifold will probably fit, but the fuel rails are wrong, as are the injectors, and the wiring for the TB, MAP, IAT etc

Cheers Arc

So all i need is the 1242 16v mk1 punto sporting TB and thats a bolt for bolt fit how much bigger is it i take it the sei is 30mm whats the punto 16v

cheers rich

cheers rich

Hi Rally i have used the search but if your not sure what your looking for then it can be of no use. As ive said im not to good with mechanics but am willing to learn but dont get much time to mess around, and as i need my car every day i cant have it off the road for to long

use the P75 TB and the aluminium stack under it and fit your 1108 top with injector inplace of the P75 top (which has no injector) this is a direct swap i did it to mine, it works a treat

sorry my fault mine has the P75 MPI engine in now and a bravo 1.6 16v with 47mm TB now i was thinking back 3 years (i'm in my forties now the mind plays funny tricks on you) it's the one with the nasty plastic manifold the 1.2 16v TB will be the easiest option, its the first one i fitted to my P75 engine before i went to the larger bravo 1.6 TB.
